Adrian is a graduate clinician pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Tennessee State University. He works with adolescents and adults ages 13 and up.
Adrian is committed to fostering a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of growth. He partners with clients to increase self-awareness, deepen relational well-being, and move toward lives that feel more connected, balanced, and fulfilling.
Treatment Approach
Adrian’s therapeutic work is grounded in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), allowing him to support both the cognitive and relational dimensions of client growth.
Through REBT, Adrian helps clients identify unhelpful beliefs, challenge thinking patterns, and develop healthier emotional and behavioral responses. Through RCT, he emphasizes the importance of meaningful connection, mutual empathy, and relational healing. Together, these approaches allow Adrian to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and create empowering, sustainable change.
