Before entering the counseling profession, Lynsay spent several years as a strategic marketing leader, where she developed a strong appreciation for authentic connection, purpose, and community. Through this work, she recognized the profound impact that understanding, empathy, and meaningful relationships can have on individual well-being. This realization ultimately guided her transition into the mental health field and continues to shape her passion for the therapeutic process.
In addition to her clinical training, Lynsay is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and integrates her extensive experience in mindfulness-based practices into her counseling approach. She values the mind–body connection and incorporates techniques such as grounding, breathwork, and present-moment awareness to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing.
